Cajun Seasoning

This spicy and aromatic spice blend lends a Louisiana Cajun savor to your cooking. Use it as a dry rub for meats and poultry, or add it to soups, sauces, and vegetable dishes.

  • 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne powder
  • 1 Tbsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp ground white pepper
  • 2 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 Tbsp granulated onion
  • 1 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 Tbsp dried tarragon
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried powdered sage
  • 1 tsp dried powdered bay leaf (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp kosher salt

Instructions
 

PREP: Mise the recipe ahead of time.

    1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir until thoroughly combined.

      HOLD: Store at cool room temperature in a tightly sealed container up to 2 months.
