We’ll discuss the concepts of pre-preparation and mise-en-place—having everything in place—so that your dinnertime last-minute cooking is easy, fast, and fun. Learn about:
- vegetable fabrication
- blanching and refreshing
- protein fabrication
- marinating and brining

You’ll learn pro skills to finsh and plate your entrée:
- pan-roasting
- making a cream reduction sauce
- finishing pasta by the saltatta in padella method
- pro plate presentation


You’ll sample Penne Primavera with Pan-Roasted Lemon Chicken Breast.
We’ll conclude with a Q&A session so that you can ask culinary questions and get advice for successful cooking.
